Improving IT and Localization Services with ITIL® V3
2010-12-20
Our key staff responsible for IT services management and development have completed the ITIL® V3 Foundation certification process to affirm its high level of knowledge in the field of IT service management.
IT services are a highly valuable resource that enable us to provide high-quality localization products to our customers. Managing and running high-quality IT services require an up-to-date approach. One of these approaches is the widely available ITIL® model describing best practices for managing IT services.
ITIL® is a series of best practices for IT services first published in 1989 by the British publishing house HMSO on behalf of the Central Computer and TelecommunicationsAgency (CCTA), currently subject to the Office of Government Commerce (OGC). The best practices collected in the ITIL® library comprise a methodical and professional approach to IT service management based on the combined experience of IT experts.
