
Our company does not serve as an intermediary between customers and translators. We have our own team consisting of employees at our Szczecin office and full-time telecommuters. They are high-class specialists with extensive experience who have translated hundreds of thousands of words on projects for the largest global corporations. Thanks to a specialized system for remote job management, people working both on site and remotely create one team in constant communication.
Project Roles:
Project Manager
Each project is managed by a Project Manager, who defines procedures, assigns jobs and monitors punctual and proper job completion. The Project Manager is also the person in contact with the customer.
Language Specialist
Quality assurance, defining terminology, preparing instructions, and replying to translator inquiries are the basic tasks of the Language Specialist. This person also coordinates the work of translators and proofreaders work to ensure translation consistency throughout the entire project. In addition, the Language Specialist performs quality control in order to maintain the language quality of the project.Software Engineer
The Software Engineer supervises the technical aspects of a project. This person is responsible for ensuring correct use of technology during translation and for the technical quality control of processed files.Translators and Proofreaders
Translators and proofreaders are the foundation of a localization team. Their professional skills determine the linguistic success of the project. Our localization process always consists of two phases: translation and proofreading. Each translated text is verified by proofreaders, who also provide corrections and suggestions for the translators’ future use. This solution ensures the highest possible quality, as well as continuous improvement of translation techniques.
