LocStar (formerly Moravia IT) has actively participated in Szczecin academic life for many years, enabling graduates and professors to further develop their professional skills. In addition to staff recruitment initiatives, we occasionally give lectures on localization in order to familiarize academic circles with the translation market.

In August 2010 we signed our first official agreement with the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. Both parties expressed their desire to engage in mutually-beneficial cooperation. LocStar obliged itself to provide at least several internships every year. The aim of the internships is to invest in future employees, which is evidenced by the fact that 3/4 of our trainees stay on with us for a longer period of time.


The majority of our staff are graduates of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (formerly Szczecin University of Technology), which enables seamless cooperation with the University and its graduates.
